		<description>In men's jackets, yes. Ready-to-wear long ago gave in to decorative sleeve buttons. At least the fashion industry hasn't taken away your pockets yet. I've gotten pretty sick of the non-functional "details" foisted off on female clothing shoppers. 

The shirt I'm wearing today has not only fake buttons (front placket) but fake "undershirt" stitched behind it.</description>
